Thank you for using our online Publicity Request. Please fill out the form above. Also, note the deadlines indicated below for submission of events to the newsletter specifically. In general, we may not be able to include all submissions for a given medium due to space considerations. However, our goal will be to include as many submissions as is reasonable. Newsletter Dates & Deadlines
The newsletter is published every two weeks during the school year and once a month during the summer. Publicity requests for the newsletter need to be received by Monday morning the week of publication.

(All deadlines are Mondays. Publication dates are 2 days after each deadline.)
